We care about people and nature

For your health and comfort and with respect for nature, we renovated in 2018 the guest house with ecologically renewable materials, such as wood, wool and flax. Wool ensures optimum air quality, sound insulation and heat insulation. There is also a natural air circulation system per room.

We also use organic consumables, such as bed linen, tencel duvets, natural latex mattresses and pillows, and organic cotton towels. Our products are largely certified as a guarantee of fair trade. We use as few disposable plastic items as possible and as much refillable and/or bulk packaging as possible.

We save energy and water where possible. So you have the comfort of a rain shower, but it is water-saving. Just like the toilet and tap. Full use is made of energy-efficient LED lighting. We provide a trash can for waste separation. We are easily accessible by public transport and by electric car. This can be charged on the street. To explore the city, you can rent bicycles within a 5-minute walk or take public transport (bus or tram) in front of the house. We have energy label D.

We offer our rooms with a private entrance and private bathroom. This allows a contact-free stay if you wish.
